Solar-Powered Mushrooms.
Locally Grown. Unexpectedly Delicious.
Gourmet mushrooms grown in a pair of high-tech trailers, harvested weekly, all year round.
Welcome to Spore City — a mushroom farm powered by sunshine, science, and stubborn optimism.
Based in Erie, PA, I grow gourmet mushrooms in retrofitted refrigerated trailers. No soil. No sprays. No BS. Just clean, functional fungi harvested weekly and delivered fresh to chefs, markets, and mushroom-lovers across the region.
This isn’t just about mushrooms. It’s about good food, and growing something real. Let’s dig in.
How It Works
Powered by the Sun
Two solar-equipped trailers maintain the perfect climate for mushroom cultivation year-round.
Grown with Precision
Gourmet mushrooms grown in a sterile, climate-controlled lab — not dirt.
Delivered Fresh
Weekly harvests go straight to chefs, grocers, and farmers markets. No middlemen.
