First harvest coming summer 2026!
The goal is simple: make it easy to find Spore City mushrooms at your neighborhood grocery store. As new retailers start carrying our products, we’ll add them here. Until then, follow along on social media to see where we’ll be showing up at local farmers markets and events.
Locally grown gourmet mushrooms, harvested weekly and delivered within hours for peak freshness to Erie restaurants, markets, and grocers.
Chef Collaborations
I’d like to work together with local chefs to explore new flavors, develop recipes, and co-create educational content for home cooks and culinary pros alike.
